The University of Derby’s Digital Learning team supports academic staff to enhance their digital practice and design a high quality active and blended learning experience for students. Informed by the TEL Strategy, we are committed to transforming the use of technology and digital media in learning and teaching, embedding digital as a central characteristic of the staff and student experience at the University of Derby.
We work collaboratively with staff and students across the University to ensure excellence in all aspects of learning, teaching, assessment and digital practice. Our innovative, research-informed approach seeks to place us at the cutting edge of digital learning.
The purpose of our blog is to share the practice and innovation of our University colleagues, along with the insights of our Learning Technologists, both internally and with the wider sector. The Digital Learning team also hosts the University’s Ideas Factory and Create sites.
