Do you use media in your teaching?

By Charlotte Gregory-Ellis (Learning Technology Media Adviser)

As part of the Digital Learning Baselines, there is an expectation that academic colleagues embed a range of multimedia resources into learning activities.

Using diverse types of digital media within modules can provide students with opportunities to engage with content through different modes, expanding perspectives and understanding through visual and audio means beyond the written word. This can be media created by tutors or curated from other sources to create an expanded and inclusive experience for all students, building learning opportunities and maximising the potential of institutional learning environments.

You can find out more about the use of multimedia here or by contacting your Media Advisers.
